Acceptable Use Policy

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism or violent extremism, or incitement to violence or hatred.
• Malware, exploits, phishing pages or material designed to deceive users into disclosing credentials.
• Special category personal data placed into the Service without an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.

• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the Service without written authorisation, other than as permitted by the Security page.
• Circumventing tenant isolation, permission checks, API token scopes or rate limits.
• Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Excessive automated load that degrades the Service for others, including uncontrolled crawling of delivery APIs.
• Reselling raw platform capacity, or using the Service to build a directly competing schema platform.
• Sharing credentials between individuals instead of creating separate accounts or scoped API tokens.

Delivery and management APIs are rate limited per token and per account. Persistent attempts to bypass limits, for example by rotating tokens, are a breach of this policy. If you need higher limits, contact support@xeper.io.

We may remove content, restrict a token, throttle traffic or suspend an account where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to remedy first; where there is risk of harm, we act first and inform afterwards. Serious breaches may lead to termination and, where required, notification of the authorities.

Report abusive content or behaviour to legal@xeper.io with enough detail for us to locate and assess it.
